Cruises on Ha Long Bay

Ha Long Bay,165 km from Hanoi, is a World Heritage-listed member of the Seven Natural Wonders of the Modern World with 1,969 limestone islands and islets, 980 of the islands have names and most are uninhabited. Once you board your luxury vessel you can lounge on the sundeck with a cocktail or cold beer admiring the scenery or from the private terrace of your suite.

In Vietnamese, Ha Long means “ descending dragon “ according to popular legend a Dragon descended from heaven to defend the Viet people from invaders spraying fire and Emeralds and Jade thus creating the islands and the colour of the waters.

A Ha Long Bay 3-day – 2-night cruise with EZIASIATRAVEL provides an incredible high-end experience. All meals and activities are included as well as a terraced stateroom and transport to and from Hanoi. With the opening of the new highway between Hanoi and Ha Long Bay the journey in a VIP shuttle, has become even more streamlined and comfortable.

As you sail through the picturesque Bay area, it is understandable why it has been a popular place for Hollywood. The Bay has been the setting for multiple films, including Pan, Life with Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds, and Kong: Skull Island. Reports suggest that Ha Long Bay was scouted for a location for the Pierce Brosnan Bond Movie -Tomorrow Never Dies, but was eventually filmed in Thailand, although some say they recognised parts of Ha Long Bay in the film’s final cut... you be the judge.
