Shane T ~ Visited: Vietnam ~ Number of Travellers: 4 ~ May 2025 Everything was well coordinated for us and we would recommend your services to anyone…..and already have to a few. I know how often our companion was liaising with you and your contact in Vietnam and you always made things happen. For example: When our companion requested a change in transport, at a time where we had limited contact at Ha Long, a larger vehicle turned up within 30 mins. The trip was cost effective, the food was cheap, even a modest tip ‘by our values’ was always gratefully appreciated and accepted. Importantly you and your staff were always on call to make changes on the fly or sort out any issues. It felt like you were on the trip with us. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with your services. We loved the food the people and the country were all wonderful. We started at Hanoi where the traffic was bedlam, but they all seemed to know what they were doing and we did not see any accidents. It is true you start crossing the road and they will avoid you. The train street was a rare experience everyone should see. All the guides we had were marvellous, caring and helpful. I did comment to one there are not a lot of birds around ... she looked at me straight faced and said ‘we eat everything!’ Nuff said. We went to Ha Long and enjoyed the boat trip site seeing and overeating. Then a visit to Trang An doing the Grottoes tour, off to the old capital where the palace had been occupied by the French using a puppet emperor, blown up by communist insurgents then blown up again by the Americans. That said, they do not worry about history, everyone is welcome. We went to Da Nang and saw the bridge dragon, then tripped up to the Ba Na Hills Sunworld (a Disney like theme park), via cable car, the highlight being the statues of hands holding up the bridge. Then down to Ho Chi Minh City (which many of the locals I noticed still call Saigon). Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh city are the most westernized of the places we saw.
